How it works: 

• Electrodes on scalp pick up electrical activity of the brain

• Electrical signal is sent to the computer

• Computer program provides auditory and visual feedback

• Feedback shifts electrical activity of the brain to:

  • More concentration (higher frequencies)

  • More relaxation (lower frequencies)

• Duration of treatment:  20 to 40 sessions

• Each session lasts about 30 minutes
