Moses has been a Yoga Teacher in this area for the past ten years,
leading public classes, private sessions, workshops and teacher trainings.
He is trained in both the Anusara and
Iyengar styles of Yoga, having
studied intensively with Stan Andrajewski, the director of Greater
Baltimore Yoga, and with John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga.
Anusara
Yoga is a uniquely integrated approach to hatha yoga in which
the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of
biomechanics. It is an exceptional yoga system that integrates the
celebration of the heart, universal principles of alignment, and balanced
energetic action in the performance of asana.
Anusara Yoga teachers are dedicated to serve each student and help them
to unveil their innate goodness, worthiness and Supreme nature. They are
committed to empowering each student while inspiring light-heartedness,
play and joyful creativity within the yoga practice. As an all-inclusive
yoga, Anusara deeply respects and honors each student’s various unique
