Background & Experience

Yevgeniya Libkhen is a Holistic Health Consultant, specializing in healing foods, herbs, and healthy lifestyle advice. She launched her private practice "Health Is A Gift" in Los Angeles, CA in 2007. Solely referral based, her current clientele is spread across the globe. After a cross-country relocation in 2009, Yevgeniya is now consulting in Maryland. Her clients include children and adults, professional athletes and anyone looking to feel well and be healthy. Prior to starting her own practice, Yevgeniya was a staff advisor at a Nutrition and Wellness center in Redondo Beach, CA where her career had taken off. In addition to her consulting career in holistic health, Yevgeniya Libkhen is an avid cook. She has founded Creative Meals, a culinary adventure in health. The program is designed to teach easy, delicious, and healthy meal preparation. Her cooking classes were an essential part of a series of weight loss programs in the South Bay Area. Yevgeniya also made several appearances as a guest instructor at a Los Angeles based cooking school.

Treatment Philosophy

Holistic health involves the body, the mind, and the spirit and is aimed at balancing each aspect to restore balance and achieve a sense of well being. The goal of the practice is to educate, guide, and inspire individuals to improve health. This will be done through individualized consultations filled with information about various dietary theories, exercise programs, and lifestyle advice. “My goal is to help you feel great. Education

Yevgeniya Libkhen received her education from Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, AL and has graduated with Highest Honors with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition and Herbology Specialization. Her one-year internship was completed at a wellness center in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to formal education Yevgeniya regularly attends various educational seminars. Among those attended are Mastering the Thyroid, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Functional Endocrinology, Neurotransmitters and Brain by Apex Energetics. She is also a trained QRA Practitioner by Dr. Robert Marshall, PhD, CEO of Premier Research Labs.
